Eng. SAMBALI holds a BSc in Civil Engineering from the University of Dar es Salaam (1995) and a MSc in Transportation Engineering from IHE and Technical University of Delft in the Netherlands (2001).
He also holds a Post-Graduate Diploma (eq) in Airport Engineering from Singapore Aviation Academy and Nanyang, Technical University of SINGAPORE.
Eng. SAMBALI is Transportation Specialist; currently the Manager Planning Design and Evaluation with Tanzania Airports Authority since 2001.
Eng. SAMBALI is a Professional Engineer with Engineers Registration Board (ERB) Tanzania and a member of Institution of Engineers Tanzania (IET).
He is also a member of the Sub-Saharan Africa Transport Program (SSATP) Group of Experts and a member of the International Forum for Rural Transport and Development (IFRTD).
