Announcing Dubai World Central’s latest project, Khalifa Suhail AlZaffin have been assigned the Executive Chairman role to lead this huge project. Dubai World Central will develop over 140 sq. kilometers first true multi modal logistics platform where Al Maktoum International Airport is centrally located and will be directly connected to sea port and highways.
Prior to this In 1991 he worked as Director Engineering & Projects and under the Direction of the President, HH Sheikh Ahmed Bin Saeed Al Maktoum, AlZaffin is increasingly involved in the construction of the Airports Expansion Plan of $ 4.1 billion for the Dubai International Airport and its affiliated divisions, e.g. Dubai Mega Cargo Village, Dubai Flower Center and Dubai Duty Free.
Al Zaffin joined the Department of Civil Aviation in May 1989 as Assistant Director Enginering.
Al Zaffin was Chairman of the Dubai Civil Aviation Executive Board for 2003 – 2004.
Al Zaffin started his career with Dubai Aluminium Company (DUBAL) in 1984 where he worked as a Senior Project Engineer for 5 years.
Al Zaffin is a graduate from Arizona State University, United States of America, with a Bachelor in Science Degree majoring in Chemical Engineering.
